Virtual Chelsea Flower Show 2020

RHS CHELSEA GOES VIRTUAL

In an unprecedented move, due to the social distancing measures in place, the RHS have created a virtual Chelsea Flower Show for everyone to enjoy from the comfort of their own homes. Running from 19 – 23 May with ‘press day’ on 18 May, the same dates as previously planned, this new digital interpretation of the beloved show will be free to visitors and feature virtual tours, a gardening school for kids, tips and demonstrations from experts and live Q&A sessions. Many people feel that they need gardening in their life now more than ever before for their mental and physical wellbeing, we think that this ‘virtual Chelsea’ will bring much joy, fun and inspiration to all that ‘attend’.

‘We really hope the virtual show will help fill the gap caused by the sad but necessary cancellation of this year’s show and will inspire more people to get growing.’ Sue Biggs, RHS Director General.

We will be following and keeping the Gaze Burvill community updated via instagram where you can find us @gazeburvill and here on our news page. So do join us for a very different but exciting RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2020!

GAZE BURVILL IN 2021!

While we are so disappointed not to be building our Chelsea display this year, we are thrilled that we have such a wonderful team that have worked so hard, we therefore cannot wait to show you what we had planned when we return to Chelsea in 2021.

Leading Landscape Architect, Randle Siddeley has designed such an inspiring thought provoking space with a focus on wellbeing and eating delicious home-grown food, creating a garden that is almost entirely edible, with the beautiful planting being supplied by KelwaysLaura Hammett will be bringing the finishing touches with her soft furnishings and impeccable styling, seamlessly coordinating the planting with the outdoor living space.

We hope that we can bring all the excitement of press day as planned too, with a partnership with The Dorchester Hotel bringing Head Chef Tom Booton to the Gaze Burvill kitchen to create the finest food on the Wolf grill.

We look forward to coming back to RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2021 and working with this wonderful team to make it a very special show!
