Cancelling or changing an order

Under the terms of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013) you can cancel your order up to 14 calendar days after the day on which your order was delivered (with the exception of any bespoke, made-to-order items). Within 48 hours of sending your request, you will receive a confirmation email from us together with an outline of the process. If you have not received notification with the stated period, you should contact us on 01420 58 84 44.

Should you cancel your order under these provisions, then you will be responsible for returning the furniture to us in an as new condition or alternatively you will be responsible for our costs in collecting the furniture. All items will be checked in our factory on return. Assuming the goods are returned as described above, the full price and standard delivery charge will be refunded within 14 days of receiving your returned item.

Returning an item

We accept returns for items that are purchasable directly online on this website.

Damaged Goods

Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within 8 working days of delivery. We warrant our oak furniture, ‘A la Carte’ cabinetry to the original owner to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years, apart from our Oak Planters, Levity furniture and Woodland Seats, which carry a warranty of 5 years. We warrant all other items including upholstery, parasols, and covers for 12 months from the date of purchase. Appliances for ‘A la Carte’ are subject to their manufacturers’ guarantees. This warranty is for residential use only, is not transferable and is limited to repair or replacement at our sole discretion. Claimed defective items must be returned to us prepaid. We specifically disclaim warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from improper maintenance, misuse, negligence, accidents, abuse or exposure to extreme climatic conditions. If you believe an item to be damaged or faulty, you will need to send us a picture of the damaged / faulty item prior to any refund or replacement being issued. If you cannot send us pictures of the damage / fault, you will need to return the item to us, at your own expense. Once we have received pictures of the damage / fault and/or carried out our inspection, and the item is deemed to have a manufacturing defect or is not fit for purpose, we will offer you a replacement, a repair or a refund.
