As a confident, motivated, high achiever, intent on proving your worth within a well-recognised luxury and sustainable brand, you will be jointly responsible for driving growth in sales revenue and delivering excellence. Using your initiative and autonomy, you will maximise opportunities given whilst developing strong relationships with existing and new trade clients in both the fields of Interior Design and Garden Design/ Landscape Architecture as well as with UHNW clients directly. You will have the ability to seamlessly converse with anyone from the groundsman upwards to the Lord and Lady of the Manor, literally. You will be a natural communicator, have an enquiring mind, an engaging personality and as importantly, be a good listener.
Well-honed organisational skills will mean that you are able to create and maintain a strong pipeline of potential Opportunities, Quotes and Sales as well as planning key customer meetings throughout the week. You will be confident with justifying high value quotes and endorsing the unique brand of Gaze Burvill through formal CPD presentations to individuals or groups of professionals. You will upsell products when appropriate and know when to ask for a sale commitment.
