A Culinary Coup at our March Open Days

Our Workshop Open Days give visitors a chance to take a tour of our Hampshire workshop and meet some of the craftsmen who create Gaze Burvill furniture.

This year's Spring Open Days, held on Friday the 9th and Saturday the 10th of March, brought in visitors from as far away as Somerset and Staffordshire. On Saturday, our guests also brought the sun with them, and sitting in the garden it finally felt like spring had arrived.

Refreshments this year were courtesy of Jamie Oliver who lent us a pair of his new wood-fired ovens, plus expert chefs who provided delicious flatbreads, as served at Jamie's new restaurant, Union Jacks.

The Mediterranean comes to Cheshire

We were delighted that Claire Skidmore, founder of Muddy Boots Garden Design, selected our Bowline Recliner for her silver medal winning garden "On Moonlight Bay" exhibited at the 2011 RHS Tatton Flower Show

Designed for the North West Air Ambulance Charity the garden with its warm palette and lush planting brought a ray of sunshine to the misty landscape of Cheshire. The panoramic mural of the Med made this garden the perfect place to relax in our Bowline Recliner and enjoy the view.

World's largest privately owned sailing yacht goes for the Big Relax

Launched in 2007, the 87 metre Clipper 'Maltese Falcon' chose our Bowline Loungers in marine grade stainless steel to complement the breathtaking lines of the external styling created by Ken Freivokh and his team.

BIDA Award for Yacht Chair

The Bowline Yacht Chair is an ingenious folding version of the Low Back Dining Chair and is just as practical on terra firma as it is on deck.

The British Interior Design Association 'BIDA' honoured the Yacht Chair with its Award for Product of Outstanding Quality & Design Innovation.

Bowline Down Under

Bowline was launched in December 2008 exclusively with Cotswold Furniture Collection, Australia.

Founded in 1982, Cotswold Furniture Collection pride themselves with dealing only with companies that are the best in their field and are pleased to be championing the Bowline collection.

For Christmas the Bowline Collection was well advertised in The Platinum and Centurion Magazines as well as the front page of The Australian newspaper.

We look forward to a long and prosperous relationship.

Bowline makes its biggest showing at 2009 Monaco Yacht Show

Our Bowline Collection of 316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel made its biggest showing at the 2009 Monaco Yacht Show thanks to our friends at Nigel Burgess, Pendennis and Humphrey Yacht Designs - all of whom featured some of the Collection on their show stands.

With an estimated 500 companies and over 30,000 participants traveling to the Principality for the annual gathering of the super yacht industry, we were assured of a good showing for our innovative Bowline Collection that made its first appearance in 2007 in Monaco, with the Lounger, on board the Maltese Falcon.

For more information on this year's show go to Monaco Yacht Show.
